Kiwi Pro Slice Knife

This handy little gadget imported from Thailand will help you get beautiful strips of fruits or vegetables, including papaya, mangos, carrots, cucumbers, apples, etc. Beyond the uniform strips, you can also use it for fruit decoration and edging. The Pro Slice Knife is designed with a zigzag stainless steel high carbon blade to plane the fruits and vegetables into strips (yes, easy papaya salad!) or to carve food into a beautiful decorative pattern.
